Stacey Dries

Ms. Stacey has
studied dance for the
past 24 years. She began dancing in Austin, TX at Shirley
McPhail’s
School of Dance, where she became a teacher’s assistant at an
early
age. She continued her studies in California, where she received
credits through exams by the Royal Academy of Dance. Ms. Stacey
trained for a year with the Pacific American Ballet Theater in
Southern California. She attended classes at Studio 1 Dance, was a
member of the award winning Saugus High School Dance Team for one
year and performed with the local community Follies show.
Ms. Stacey
attended college at Texas
A&M University where she participated in the Dance Arts Society
choreographing and performing dances every semester. She studied
many styles of dance while attending college and throughout her
career including ballet, jazz, lyrical, and tap. Ms. Stacey taught
for a short period at Dancetree in the Clear Lake Area and is very
excited to be here at Dance Expressions.
