Mommy & Me at Dance Expressions is a program developed for children ages 18 months to 3 years. Music and movement are vital to a young child’s growth and development and our program will introduce and explore these, as well as many other concepts. In our busy lives, it’s important to stop and take a look around, or you may miss out on some of your young child's most rewarding moments. Children ages 18 months to 3 years can play a musical instrument, move to music, and even keep rhythm.

The 30 minute class includes singing songs, dancing/moving, playing musical instruments, and basics of creative dance, ballet, and music. Students engage in hands-on movement, activities that develop, coordination, recognizing music and rhythms, counting, timing, and self-confidence. Students learn to stretch and dance through the use of exciting props such as dance scarves, rhythm sticks, and ribbon sticks. Moms love this opportunity to be a part of their child's dance education.
