PAYMENT OPTION ONE - Prepay Per Semester **Due Upon Enrollment**

§    Prepay tuition August thru December or January thru May plus June ($15 per dancer)

§    Discount of 5% for semester tuition - Friday, Aug 20th, 2010 deadline for Fall Semester and/or Friday, Jan 15th, 2011 deadline for Spring Semester 

§    Tuition is Non Refundable! – You may, however, switch classes during the semester

§    Not recommended for small children who might change their mind about dance

PAYMENT OPTION TWO - Credit Card or Checking Account Automatic Payment

§    Complete form upon enrollment to automatically charge your credit card or draft your checking account each month for your monthly tuition

§    You must withdraw in person or in writing before the 1st of the month to avoid your auto charge payment

§    You may stop the automatic charge at any time during the season with notice in writing – charges automatically cease at the end of the season (June 2011)

§    You may make changes in classes and automatic payment amount during the season
