Credit Card or Checking Account Automatic Payment

§    Complete form upon enrollment to automatically charge your credit card or draft your checking account each month for your monthly tuition.

§    You must withdraw in person or in writing before the 1st of the month to avoid your auto charge payment

§    You may stop the automatic charge at any time during the season with notice in writing – charges automatically cease at the end of the season (June 2013).

§    You may make changes in classes and automatic payment amount during the season.
